- Floor level access
- Labour involvement
- Vehicle type
- Timing and route conditions
Additional charges may apply if customers increase goods quantity after booking confirmation or if shifting conditions differ significantly from the original assessment.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to provide accurate details regarding inventory, pickup location, destination access and preferred shifting schedule before movement begins.
Transit Timings
Transit timings mentioned during booking are estimated timelines and may occasionally change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic congestion
- Road restrictions
- Transport strikes
- Mechanical issues
- Natural calamities
- Unforeseen operational disruptions
Shivam Packers and Movers does not guarantee exact delivery timing under uncontrollable circumstances.
Transit Insurance
Transit insurance support may be available upon customer request. Insurance approval, claim settlement, policy coverage, and compensation remain subject to insurance provider rules and assessment procedures.

Customers should avoid packing:
- Cash
- Jewellery
- Important documents
- Explosives
- Illegal items
- Hazardous chemicals
- Fragile valuables without prior declaration
The company will not be responsible for undeclared valuables packed by customers independently.
Goods Handling
Our moving team follows planned handling methods for safer relocation support. However, minor scratches, pressure marks or operational handling risks may occasionally occur during long distance transport despite proper precautions.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be informed in advance. Last-minute cancellations may involve operational or labour-related charges depending on movement preparation already completed.
Delivery Verification
Customers are expected to verify goods condition during unloading and immediately report visible concerns before final delivery closure.
